    Heq-At : The Sceptre Lands.

    Heq-At is the thirteenth nome-sepat, a province of ancient Egypt, its ancient capital was Iunu , that translates as ‘The Pillars’, Iunu became Heliopolis in the Ptolemaic Era.

    Heq-Et, the Egyptian goddess of fertility, identified with Hathor, represented in the form of a freshwater frog, associated with the annual flooding of the River Nile.
